There is much to do here, from a basic winery tour and tasting through to extravagant bespoke experiences including private dinners and tastings. The St Hugo restaurant, with chef Mark McNamara at the burners, offers four and eight-course degustations matched to wines. The Chef’s Table Experience, which starts with a walk through the vineyards and kitchen garden and a private tasting, is recommended.
