Best Additional Experience

A little bit of the Napa in Australia with immaculate vines and a state-of-the-art cellar facility. Although a new operation, it has some of the region’s oldest vines with a patch of 50-year-old shiraz, plus fiano, graciano, tempranillo and viognier. Montepulciano and petit manseng have been planted, with the first wines to come over the next few years. Mike Hayes of Symphony Hill Wines is the contract winemaker and his Old Vine Shiraz is the stand-out.
